Cookies Policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
This page explains the cookies the Branq website sets, why they are set and how long they last. Branq is operated by Branq Labs Ltd, trading as Branq, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17449588.
The short version: this site sets one cookie, which is needed to make it work, and no advertising or tracking cookies at all.
03Cookies set by other companies
None. No page on this site loads anything from another company that could set its own cookies. The typefaces are served from our own site rather than a font network, and the images, video and icons are our own files.
04What we do not use
We want to be specific about this rather than leave it to be guessed at. As of the date at the top of this page, this website does not use:
- advertising or retargeting cookies of any kind;
- social media pixels, such as those from Meta, LinkedIn, X or TikTok;
- analytics cookies. There is an analytics option in the cookie banner, and it is genuinely connected, but no analytics tool is installed on this site yet. If we add one, it will only run for people who have turned that option on.
- cookies that build a profile of you, or that are shared with or sold to anyone else.
If any of this changes, this page changes first, and the banner asks you again.
05Your choice, and changing your mind
When you first arrive you are asked what you are happy with. You can accept everything, allow only the essentials, or open the options and choose. Withdrawing your permission is meant to be as easy as giving it.
to change your choice at any time. There is also a link in the footer of every page.
Choosing the essentials only does not reduce anything on this site, because the optional cookies are not in use.
06Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, for every site at once or for this one in particular. The help pages for the main browsers explain how:
- Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Cookies.
- Safari: Settings, then Privacy.
- Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Cookies and site data.
- Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.
If you delete our cookie, we will ask about your choice again on your next visit.
07How this relates to your personal information
Cookies are only one of the ways information reaches us. When you join the beta or subscribe to updates you give us your details directly through a form, which is not a cookie and is not covered here.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.
08Changes to this policy
If we add, remove or change a cookie, we update this page and change the date at the top. If the change means we would be setting something that needs your permission, the banner asks you again rather than relying on a choice you made before.
09Contact
If you have a question about cookies on this site, or you think something on this page is wrong, write to support@branq.app and we will answer.
